ATC TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing our add to cart service you the buyer are hiring us as an Independent Service on your behalf to add a shoe for you.

This means that you are contracting us (SneakerBerg.bigcartel.com) to add a sneaker to your cart for you (Buyer) online on your behalf so you may proceed to checkout.

We will attempt to add desired sneaker to your cart with the information provided by you (Buyer).

You are paying for the time used to add your sneaker to cart, not actual sneaker.

You agree that our service are non refundable unless we are unsuccessful adding desired sneaker to cart.

Full Refund will be provided if we are unsuccessful adding desired sneaker to cart. 

We will not refund if nike cancels any orders 

If we are unsuccessful getting a sneaker during a Monthly ATC Subscription we will run you for the next month, Free of charge.

There are NO REFUNDS on Monthly ATC Service Sales.
